Yep.

I got that. The same happens with film class, and litterature too. You wouldn't believe (well actually, YOU would) the crap "deep meaning" stuff is supposed to have. Poesy is the worst :P I even had a teacher that once said to the class that what the original author wanted it to mean wasn't important, that our critical 3 paragraph essay based on quotes and whatnot didn't need it to function :P

And all that time I get this really massive feeling that all those authors only wanted to create entertainment, and would cry if they stood in those classes. If I ever write a book, it will begin with an explicit instruction to laugh at the teacher who gave it as analysis material if one did :P

That and this guys who painted a full canvas black, sold it to a museum, made money, and now the museum tries desperately to convince "stumped fools" that it's pure genius. Art is cool, but the whole institution around art generally sucks :P

Oh and the animation ruled. No need to be more constructive than that since I'm giving you a 5 and a 9 ^^
